We receive the Scriptures as the inspired Word of God and as the sole authority in matters of faith and practice.
We believe in the inerrancy of Scripture.
We believe in the Blessed Trinity, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the full deity and humanity of Christ.
We believe in the spiritual lostness of the human race.
We believe in the birth, life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We believe in salvation by faith in Christ alone.
We believe that Christ will return and restore His Kingdom on earth.
We believe in eternal life.
We believe that every human being is born into sin. Therefore all have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God (Rom 3:23). We also believe that salvation is available to everyone. The Bible tells us in Rom 6:23 that “For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord.” However this gift of grace is only received through our faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8). We must confess with our mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead then we are saved (Rom 10:9).
We believe that if we repent to God by words and actions by turning from our sins and seeking Him then he will forgive and restore us (2 Chronicle 7:14).
We believe that faith is totally trusting and believing in Jesus Christ. Without faith it is impossible to please God (Heb 11:6).
We believe that prayer is our line of communication to God. We believe that we are suppose to praise God for who He is in prayer, make petitions to God in prayer, make intercessions to God in prayer, and thank Him for all that He has and will do for us. We pray believing that God will grant us our petitions (Mark 11:24).
